Dr Prelevic has published over 300 original research papers and review articles.

She is a co-editor of Drug Therapy in Reproductive Endocrinology (Arnold Publishers, London, 1996), and editor and main author of Clinical Reproductive Endocrinology (published in Serbian, 1st edition 1992; 2nd edition 1993; 3rd edition 1996).

In addition, she has contributed to over 20 endocrinology texts.
